If you decide to buy a property from Side Dolphin Homes all your accommodation costs and your flight fees will be paid by our real estate company. After your inspection trip if you don't decide to buy a property Side Dolphin Homes will pay only room cost.

We are at the main street between Side and Manavgat and near the big beach of Side. You can arrive the most beautiful beach of the whole region with fine sand, in ten minutes by foot. Our guests get free beach service. There are a lot of historical places and shopping centres in the easily reachable distance from the hotel.

Our Hotel has 3 floors with together 32 lightly and nice rooms with 2-3 beds and balcony, most of them with sea view. We also have swimming pool and pool for children.
